Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your purchase of a ticket to The Income Multiplier Hypnosis Intensive and your use of this site (together, the "Services"), provided by Marczell Klein ("we", "us" or "our"). By buying a ticket or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Event
The Income Multiplier Hypnosis Intensive is a live online event delivered over Zoom across three nights, with an optional fourth night available to VIP ticket holders. Dates, times and the running order are as shown at checkout and may be adjusted if something outside our control requires it; if we have to move a session we will tell you by email.
2. Tickets And Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout and are payable in full at the time of purchase. Your ticket admits one person. Access links are personal to you and may not be shared, resold or posted publicly.
3. Upgrades
A VIP ticket adds the additional session and any other benefits described at the point of purchase. What a VIP ticket includes is whatever was stated on the page you bought from.
4. Refunds
If the event is not for you, write to us at the address below within 14 days of purchase and before the final live session, and we will refund your ticket. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
5. Recordings
Live sessions are recorded. If you attend, your display name, anything you type in chat and anything you say on camera or on a hot seat may be captured in that recording, and we may use recordings to deliver replays and to promote future events. If you would rather not appear, keep your camera off and do not speak on a hot seat.
6. What You May Not Do
You may not record, copy, republish or resell any part of the event or its materials, share your access link, or use the Services to harass other attendees or to break the law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site and in the event, including recordings, slides, worksheets and written material, belongs to us or our licensors. Your ticket buys you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes only.
8. No Guarantee Of Results
This event is educational. Hypnosis is used here as a tool for changing patterns of thought and behaviour, not as medical or psychological treatment, and nothing in the event is a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor or mental health professional. Do not take part if you have a condition that makes hypnosis unsuitable for you without speaking to your doctor first.
Nothing we say is a promise of income. Any figures mentioned are illustrations of what some people have achieved, not what you should expect. What you earn depends on your own circumstances, effort and decisions, and many people who buy this kind of programme earn nothing from it. We make no guarantee of any financial result.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third parties including payment processors, Zoom and messaging platforms. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability.
10. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies to purchases made after it is posted.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
